Building on the success of its popular canned roe, Amanda Seafoods has introduced the new 555 Amanda Roe Sausage.
Described as a traditional, versatile, flavourful, and nutritious seafood option, rich in protein and essential Omega-3 fatty acids, Amanda Roe Sausage serves as an ideal ingredient to create innovative and inspiring menus, seamlessly substituting chicken or lean fish in a range of recipes.
For operators aiming to enhance the gross profit of menu items, it can be added to bulk-out dishes such as fisherman’s pie, seafood stews, soups or fishcakes, while also adding flavour. Alternatively, Amanda Roe Sausage can be thinly sliced and eaten cold or added to sandwiches and canapés.

Available in 500g and 1200g sizes and packed in black foil casing, Amanda Roe Sausage has an ambient shelf life of nine months. Once opened, it has a refrigerated shelf life of up to three days.
