Developed to satisfy operators that want to the power of Synergy’s electric grills but are limited by kitchen space and/or power supply is the 450E, its smallest model yet.
The first of its kind in what Synergy calls its ‘Core’ range, the 450E measures just 450 x 835 x 590mm footprint and operates from a single phase, but can still cook four to six burgers or steaks in just minutes. It champions a minimalist design approach with ‘build-your-own’ features such as a resting shelf and garnish rail for a tailor made, budget-conscious approach. This allows the Cambridge-based manufacturer to enter a new segment of the market that has always wanted a Synergy Grill, but hasn’t been able to until now.
Featuring grill bars that heat up to 350°C, the Synergy 450E delivers faster cooking times and electricity savings of up to 25%. According to Synergy, this could equate to savings of more than £6,000 per grill, per year.
