Blenders has put a new twist on a chip shop favourite by launching Dynamite Sauce.
Fusing real mayonnaise with honey and chilli, the result is creamy sauce that combines spicy and sweet flavour bombs for a flavour that builds slowly then packs a punch.
Perfect for adding heat up any meal, this versatile sauce can be teamed with burgers, wraps, salads and sandwiches or simply potted up and used as a dip for chips, wedges and goujons. For inspiration, Blenders has created a number of recipes which are available on its website, including Dynamite Bang Bang Shrimp, Beef Burger with Dynamite Slaw and Salmon Poke Bowl.
Available in two sizes – 2.2 litre for back of house and 920ml for counter and table service – Blenders Dynamite Sauce has a six month ambient shelf life.
