Catering equipment company Valentine & CuisinEquip has acquired Vito UK, the sole UK distributor of the German oil filtration system Vito.
Having partnered with Vito UK for several years and with directors Iain and Kim looking towards retirement, transferring ownership of Vito UK is the “perfect next step for the business’s continued success” says Valentine & CuisinEquip.
Up until now Valentine and CuisinEquip has supported Vito in distributing its range of portable filtration systems to support operators in reducing their oil costs and improving the quality of frying oil by prolonging its life.
Speaking on the transfer of ownership, Iain Addison, former director of Vito UK, comments: “Following a blossoming partnership with Valentine Fryers and with the continued success of the business, we are delighted to have offered our company to Valentine and CuisinEquip, with the sale going through in March 2024.
“Kim and I, along with our fantastic team, partners and customers, have built the business up from being just a sole trader importing products in 2006.
