Taking place at Sandown Park Racecourse on Sunday 9th June, it is the largest gathering of fish and chip and fast food exhibitors and suppliers with products ranging from pies, sausages and packaging to ovens, signage and epos. Whatever it is you need to take your fish and chip shop to the next level, you will find it here – and with some great show-day only discounts and deals included too!

Here’s a taste of what you can expect:

Taste Pukka’s two newest products, Handheld Slices and Gastro Pie. While the handheld slices come in All Steak, Chicken, and Sausage & Bean varieties with branded sleeves to serve, the Gastro Pie is a new unbranded premium pie available in Steak & Ale and Chicken & Mushroom flavours. Aimed at high-end dining occasions, it is deeper filled, rustic crimped and hand-finished. Both products will be heated in Pukka’s Oven Heater, a tabletop unit that takes frozen baked wrapped pies from frozen to serve in under two hours. The package at just £299 + VAT comes with 36 free pies, a fleet of branded POS and everything needed to start serving straight away!

Be among the first to see the new ‘Lift & Lock’ drinks lid made from sugarcane plant fibre, offering a sustainable alternative to plastic lids. It is just one of the innovative products on show from GoPak, sitting alongside its Go-Chill ice cream tubs and cold cups, Kraft portions pots in 1-4oz sizes, and Go-Deli round and rectangular takeaway bowls.

P100 will be promoting its RSPO-certified sustainable palm oil. With a high smoke point this heavy-duty, robust oil offers high performance, long fry life and a consistent and crispy finish to fried food. While on the stand, enter P100’s prize draw to WIN the new Merlin Maestro filter machine from Premier1 Filtration worth £2,800. All chip shop staples, its fish batter can be prepared a day in advance of use.

Up your eco credentials with Navson who will be offering samples of what it says is the UK’s first 100% recycled plastic burger box. Rehydrate with Avant Mineral Water packaged in 100% recycled plastic bottle while taking part in interactive games, winning prizes and taking advantage of special offers.

Gluten free chicken is on the menu at Rosie and Jim’s stand where staff will be cooking up samples of its battered fillets, chunks and goujons as well as salt & chilli goujons and southern fried goujons. Made with whole-muscle chicken, the range is dairy and egg free.

They are a chip shop staple but are your sausages up to scratch? Pop along to the Blakemans/T.Quality stand where a wide selection of sausages will be available for tasting. This includes the Supreme and Lincolnshire sausages from Blakemans and the full range of T.Quality branded sausages including Premiers, 70% Premiers, gluten free and Red Dragon.

Does your shop need bringing up-to-date? Stop by the BD Signs and BDigital stand to check out its range of signage, pavement signs and POS as well as try out its digital menus and ordering apps. They have everything you need to make your brand standout as well as some great show day only deals.
