There are two categories to enter: 50 Best Fish & Chip Takeaways (open to mobile operators too) and 10 Best Restaurants. Simply put your business forward and we’ll send out our mystery diners who will visit your business when you least expect it and give a full critique from the first greeting to the final goodbye – not before tucking into a portion of your finest fish and chips!
Only the top 50 performing takeaways and mobiles and the top 10 performing restaurants will receive a prestigious Fry Award plus the unprecedented media opportunities that come with it. Previous winners have featured in renowned outlets such as ITV, The Mirror, The Daily Express, The Scotsman, The Scottish Sun, Manchester Evening News and Virgin Radio.
The coverage can extend to thousands of pounds of free publicity and result in a significant uplift in trade. In addition, every participating business – whether a winner or not – receives a detailed evaluation from our mystery diners, highlighting areas of excellence and areas for improvement. This feedback is instrumental in refining business operations and enhancing customer satisfaction.
