Kerrymaid is offering foodservice operators the chance to win £1,000 of Nisbets vouchers as part of its Smooth Finish Campaign.
Recognising that in order to run a kitchen as smoothly and efficiently as possible it takes skill, teamwork and organisation, Kerrymaid is asking operators to share their top kitchen or culinary tip.
It might be a time-saving hack, an effortless shortcut or a simple secret ingredient. Or perhaps some inspiring words at the start of a shift or a piece of kit that staff can’t do without. Whatever it is that brings out the best in you, your staff and your food, Kerrymaid wants to hear it.
Simply submit your top kitchen or culinary tip along with any supporting images, videos and recipes online at www.kerrymaid.com/thesmoothfinish/competition. You can also enter by tagging @kerrymaiddairy on Instagram.
As well as a top prize of £1,000 of Nisbets vouchers, there are also 10 runner-up prizes of £250 of Nisbets vouchers. All winners will also receive a box of Kerrymaid dairy products including creams, custards and culinary sauces.
Kerrymaid’s products have been expertly crafted to offer consistency and confidence, and to deliver a smooth finish across the menu whether it’s silky béchamel sauce, light whipped cream or bubbly melting cheese.
Karen Heavey, Brand Manager at Kerrymaid, comments: “Ranging from UHT Creams and Ice Cream Mixes to Cheese Slices and Sauces, Kerrymaid products are the secret ingredients to achieving a smooth finish to a range of crowd-pleasing dishes. We’re intrigued to hear from foodservice operators what else helps them rise to the daily challenge of producing high quality, consistent and great tasting food while keeping a sense of calm in the kitchen. Share your tips and you could win!”
The Smooth Finish competition closes on 31st March 2023 and the winners will be announced on social media.
