Two premium sausages, both free from gluten and the 14 major allergens, have been added to the Signature by Country Range line-up.
While its Pork Sausages are said to be perfect for breakfast, lunch, dinner and any quick serve menu, its new Cumberland Sausages provide a rustic, hearty sausage for grilling, frying or using in stews and casseroles.
Both sausages have an 80% pork content and are made to traditional recipes using the finest cuts of pork, herbs and seasonings. They are available in 1kg bags and can be cooked from frozen.
To support the launch, Country Range development chef Paul Dickson has created recipes that are big on flavour including a sausage currywurst and the classic sausage sandwich.
