Tyson Foods has launched Crispy Shredded Chicken, a new product designed to meet the current demand among operators for crispiness, appealing texture and versatility.
Made from 100% whole muscle chicken breast fillets, it helps create standout menu items while keeping operations smooth and efficient. Highly versatile, Crispy Shredded Chicken suits a wide range of applications, including toppings on bowls, salads, noodles, and wraps, fillings for sandwiches, tacos, or bao or a crunchy component in loaded fries or Asian-inspired plates.
Supplied in 5 x 1kg bags, the chicken is Halal certified and can be fried from frozen in 2–3 minutes at 175–180°C. The format allows chefs and kitchen teams to easily portion, combine and customise dishes, reducing prep time while ensuring consistent results – an essential advantage in high-volume environments.
