Frozen food distributor Central Foods has added a gluten free breaded chicken schnitzel to its Golden Valley Foods poultry range.
Made with 100% pure breast meat and coated in gluten free bread crumbs, the schnitzel has an artisan, handmade look and is perfect served plated with veg, salad or fries, or in a bun as a fast food option.
The new product joins a number of gluten free options in the Golden Valley Foods poultry range, such as chicken goujons and chunks.
