Rupert’s Ingredients has launched a new range of chicken marinades and bastes in 2kg pouches.
Keeping the same unique flavours in a stand-up, resealable pouch, the range includes two base marinades – Peri Peri Original and Signature Peri Peri – as well as five bastes – Lemon & Herb, Mild, Hot, Extra Hot and Mango and Lime.
The products make great additions to a menu or, alternatively, provide an opportunity to upgrade traditional flavours, giving customers that enjoy chicken more variety and choice.
Both products are quick and easy to use, simply mix the dry seasoning with oil and water before marinading or basting. The range is Halal certified by HMC, has an ambient shelf life of three to six months once opened, and is available to buy through wholesaler T. Quality.
