Rupert’s Ingredients has launched a curry sauce that has been crafted by the heart of the Irish takeaway community.
Masterclass Gaelic Curry Sauce is a traditional mix which is said to derive from the leftover crumbs of pressure-fried southern fried chicken. It is described as having a delightfully sweet and spicy flavour with a rich golden-brown finish and a perfect curry sauce texture.
Best served alongside chips, pies, fish, and chicken, the sauce will complement any chip shop favourite. Quick and easy to prepare, Masterclass Gaelic Curry Sauce is mixed using one part to five parts water, bringing to a boil and simmering. Available in 4kg resealable tubs, Masterclass Gaelic Curry Sauce contains no artificial colourings or flavours, no hydrogenated vegetable fat and is Halal and BRC certified.
