Country Range is helping ease the pressure on cod stocks by highlighting one of the up-and-coming stars of the sea with the launch of a duo of pollock solutions.
Available in packs of 24, the MSC certified Breaded Pollock and Battered Pollock Fillets come frozen and can be cooked in the oven, deep fryer or air fryer.
Closely related to cod, MSC Pollock is proving quite the catch as it is one of the most sustainable species currently available and is a cheaper alternative. High in protein, pollock has a mild flavour and terrific texture, making it veritably versatile.
