Catering equipment supplier Fagor Professional has launched the iKold Generation of commercial refrigeration, which it says offers the very latest energy efficiency technology at the best value price-point.
Including 35 units from upright cabinets, refrigerated and preparation counters, display cabinets and ice makers, the units utilise natural R290 and R600a hydrocarbon refrigerant and boast energy savings of up to 45%. While some of the units have achieved a top-rated Class-A certification on the industry-recognised ETL list, the entire range has been awarded a maximum climate class 5 rating in independent testing.
The iKold models integrate with existing Fagor Professional setups including cooking blocks, ovens, blast chillers and warewashers.
