Henny Penny has launched a new half-size mobile heated holding cabinet designed to provide excellent holding for a lower investment.
The new HC5 features dual fans and ventilated side racks, allowing hot air to circulate evenly throughout the cabinet, keeping a wide range of menu items hot right up until service.
Holding five full size bun pans depending on model, the fully insulated cabinet features an LED lighting option for glass door cabinets and a tight-sealing door, which means operators can enjoy the benefits of high-quality holding while using very little energy.
Partial pan removal, a self-closing door and magnetic closures contribute to convenient workflow and energy savings while a Count Down Timer control enables shelves to be timed separately. Available from Jestic, the HC2 measures 953(h) x 628(w) x 806(d)mm.
