FEM has introduced the new G+ Maxi Superior 700 chiller from Gram Professional, a premium heavy duty refrigeration solution designed to support busy kitchens handling high volumes of GN containers and frequent door openings.
With an annual energy consumption of just 278 kWh/year, an environmentally friendly R290 refrigerant, and a low 0.198kW power supply, the chiller helps operators reduce energy consumption without compromising cooling performance. Operating within a temperature range of -5°C to +12°C, it offers a gross capacity of 610 litres (454 litres net) while its extra-deep cabinet design allows two GN 1/1 containers to be stored front-to-back on each shelf, maximising storage capacity, optimising internal space, and improving kitchen workflow.
The Superior 700 is packed with features that make life easier for the kitchen brigade – including a foot-operated door opener, radiused internal corners for easy cleaning, intuitive electronic controls, full-height ergonomic handles, self-closing reversible lockable door, and anti-tilt support rails for safe GN container storage.
