FEM (Foodservice Equipment Marketing) has introduced the San Jamar Ez-Kleen sauce bottles to help streamline food prep for a faster and more efficient service.
The bottles are supplied in four sizes, 241,455, 568 and 682ml with three coloured valve options for thin-to-thick dispensing. The yellow valve is designed for viscous sauces such as mayonnaise, the green for thin sauces such as balsamic vinegar and the blue for thicker sauces like tartar. The valve design claims to reduce splatters to make portions more consistent and enhance food presentation.
The bottles fill from the top and feature smooth, easy clean sides. Constructed from durable polyethylene, they are said to be comfortable to handle and squeeze when dispensing the sauce.
Six coloured coded caps are available to purchase separately, making it easier to identify different sauces during food prep and avoid cross-contamination in the kitchen.
List prices start at £2.60 for the 241ml sauce bottle.
