With the growth of the grab and go sector and customers’ increasing demand for a speedy service, Buffalo has launched two new entry level priced high speed ovens.
The first is the High Speed Oven, priced at £4,484.38 +VAT, which uses tuned impingement, microwave and convection technology to cook up to 12 times faster than conventional ovens. With a ventless design, the unit makes a compact addition to countertops while built-in diagnostic testing offers fuss-free maintenance and minimises downtime. Meanwhile, the High Speed Convection Oven, which has a list price of £3,115.18 +VAT, combines forced convection with high velocity air impingement to cook paninis in just 1 minute 40 seconds. It comes with Wi-Fi cloud connectivity and a USB port to easily update menus and share recipes.
Both ovens are said to be easy to clean thanks to their wipeable stainless steel cavities with rounded interior edges and come with a two year parts and labour warranty.
