Wholesaler JJ Foodservice has launched JJ Price Compare AI, a free AI tool that shows customers where they could save on their next order by uploading an invoice.
The tool is designed to remove the time and guesswork involved in comparing supplier prices manually. Customers upload, drag and drop, or photograph a recent supplier invoice, and JJ Price Compare returns an instant, item-by-item breakdown showing where they could be saving money.
Each product is marked using a simple traffic light system: green if JJ is lower in price, amber if the item is not currently stocked, and red if the customer’s existing supplier is cheaper. Shoppers can then add all products, or only the items they choose, to their basket.
The tool works for both delivery and collection customers, who select their order type upfront to ensure a fair, like-for-like comparison.
