Foodservice Equipment Marketing (FEM) has launched three new Sirman countertop induction hobs, bringing induction cooking within the range of most kitchens.
Popular for their ability to cook fast and efficiently, the units are available in single models – 2.7kw and 3.5kw – and a double hob 3.5kw version, all of which use a 13A plug and feature a high visibility LED and IP67 touch control display. Easy to use and clean, the hobs have a tempered glass cooking surface. Prices start at £370 for the 2.7kw countertop induction hob.
