In response to the growing demand for grilled chicken, Meadow Vale Foods has launched its Sizzling Chicken range, six uncoated, chargrilled fillets, thighs and skewers.
The succulent pieces of breast fillet and thigh are marinated in a variety of authentic herbs and spices, before going through a unique chargrill process over mangrove and coconut shell for a smoky finish.
The individually quick-frozen pieces are then number counted into foil bags that lock in the flavour, ready to be reheated straight from the freezer in minutes.
Included in the range are three varieties of chicken thighs in Original, Shawarma and Piri Piri, two chicken fillets in Original and Piri Piri, and Sizzling Chicken Skewers flavoured with garlic, cumin, paprika, chilli, oregano and coriander.
Offering versatility, the Sizzling Chicken range has multiple menu applications from burgers, wraps and salads to kebabs, loaded fries, rice boxes and even pizza toppings, allowing operators to grow sales by creating a balanced menu that appeals to wider audiences.
