David Weeks, owner of the award-winning The Crispy Cod in Gelli, Rhondda, is the winner of P100’s second giveaway of the year, receiving 10 boxes of its premium palm oil.
David now joins a growing list of winners from the past 18 months, including Rest Bay Fish Bar in Porthcawl, Salop Fish Bar in Shropshire, and Bros Fryer in Stoke-on-Trent – all proud recipients of P100’s high quality frying medium through its regular competitions.
Congratulating David on his win, Andrew Wisedale, national account manager at Vandemortele, said: “David is another fantastic winner and we can’t wait for him to put P100 to good use at his takeaway. At a time when margins are tight and ingredient costs are rising, we’re proud to offer a little help. We look forward to catching up with David when he receives his prize.”
