Lockhart Catering Equipment, part of the Bunzl Catering & Hospitality Division, is hosting its first trade show, The Catering Innovation Show in London in October.
Taking place at the Business Design Centre in Islington on Tuesday 28th October, the show will bring together leading names in the catering equipment industry with a focus on both light and heavy equipment.
With over 60 exhibitors already confirmed, several of Lockhart’s key suppliers will be showcasing their latest developments, including Arc, Cambro Falcon, FEM, Foster, Lincat, Rational and Winterhalter.
Mark Lombard, managing director at Lockhart Catering Equipment, is looking forward to the event, and commented: “We’re delighted to have so many high-profile industry names already confirmed to exhibit at our premier trade show, with many more lined up and soon to be announced. Our aim with The Catering Innovation Show is to enable relationships between suppliers and operators that drive innovation, and provide a platform to the foodservice industry. There’s lot of new product developments in the pipeline, so we’re excited to get inspired.”
In addition to exhibitors, the event will also encompass a Live Theatre run by Chef HQ, which will host cooking demonstrations from leading chefs, expert-led debates, and best practice advice around several topics including sustainability, all overseen by Claire Bosi.
One attendee will leave the event with more than inspiration, as Lockhart Catering Equipment is running a free prize drawer for visitors with £5000 worth of catering equipment up for grabs. The winner will be announced on the Live Theatre at the end of the show.
