Taylor UK is now supplying the FlavorBurst C152 soft serve ice cream machine, which offers eight different flavours of ice cream in a countertop unit.
Until now, to offer such a wide variety of flavours would have required much larger soft serve ice cream machines. However, the FlavorBurst C152 is said to be the first that offers the system in a compact format, suitable for fish and chip shops.
The new machine offers the choice of up to eight different syrups which are injected onto the edges of the ice cream as it is dispensed, creating an eye catching combination of colours in a range of popular flavours.
Powered from a standard 13amp power socket, the unit is controlled through a touchscreen system which can combine flavours and calibrate quantities. The system can also alert staff when maintenance tasks need to be undertaken or if faults develop.
The C152 has a freezing cylinder capacity of 1.4 litres, with a total mix hopper capacity of 7.6 litres. List prices for the C152 FlavorBurst system start at £14,500.
