JJ Foodservice is hosting a free Fully Loaded demo day to help operators master high margin, easy-to-execute crowd-pleasers, such as smashed chicken tacos, saucy ribs and Indian-fusion wraps.
Taking place at its Enfield headquarters in North London on Wednesday 13th May, the demo day is sponsored by ingredient manufacturer MacPhie and will see its sauces in action alongside a wide range of JJ products. Every attendee will receive a £50 goody bag of MacPhie sauces and JJ products to take home.
The day is part of a series of demos run by JJ Foodservice, designed to help customers add new, low skill, high margin dishes to their menus through simple supplier swaps.
Working with brands including Lion Sauces, Sausage Man and Kerry Group, each session is hosted by chefs and combines live demos of easy-to-prepare menu builds with on-the-day sampling and goody bags to take home.


The format has resonated particularly strongly with chip shop operators, says JJ’s, stating that at least 40% of attendees have been fish and chip shop customers, drawn by the alternative protein and menu diversification inspiration on offer.
