The Norwegian Seafood Council (NSC) will host the Norway–UK Seafood Summit on 24th February 2026 at the historic Fishmongers’ Hall in London, bringing together leading analysts, policymakers, and industry experts to unveil the latest market data and trends shaping the seafood sector.
Now in its fifth year, the summit has become a must-attend event for industry stakeholders, offering unparalleled access to insights on trade, sustainability, and innovation across the seafood value chain.
The programme this year will be centred around whitefish, salmon, coldwater prawns and cod, with a line-up of experts delivering real-time data and projections for the future. Setting the scene, strategic market insights will be delivered from the likes of McKinsey, Worldpanel and the UK Seafood Federation. The part blue foods play in the future of global food security will be interrogated by the Institute of Marine Research, amongst a range of aquaculture and fisheries specialists. Before industry perspectives are explored through panel debates featuring sector experts as well as proprietors from the fish and chip industry.
