The Top 50 Takeaways and Top 10 Restaurants Awards are now in their 11th year and are the only awards that mystery dine every outlet that enters. This ensures a level playing field with all shops judged on the same criteria including customer service, the quality and variety of the food, how well a transaction is handled, and appearance of the premises.
While ensuring only those shops deserving of an award make the cut, the process also gives every single entrant – winner or not – detailed feedback on where they excelled and where there is room for improvement. It’s often been described as an MOT for your business!

Once again, mobiles can enter the takeaway category and all entries remain anonymous.
