Danish refrigeration brand Gram is set to return to the UK market, with FEM appointed as distributor for the newly renamed Gram Professional range.
In 2023 a group of former Gram directors led by Ole Brandorf-Lund purchased the factory with the aim of preserving the brand, its legacy and workforce.
The product range includes a comprehensive choice of commercial foodservice refrigeration cabinets and counters as well as specialist products such as blast chillers and bakery cabinets. All models are engineered in Denmark and designed around efficiency, food safety and durability, helping kitchens reduce energy consumption without compromising performance.
The Gram Professional products are marketed under the ‘G+’ umbrella brand, with the ‘G’ said to symbolise Gram’s roots within the Danish Gram Group, while the ‘+’ highlights innovation.
Ole Brandorf-Lund, managing director of Gram Professional, said: “The UK is a key market for Gram. Partnering with FEM enables us to reintroduce the brand with a strong professional focus, backed by technical expertise and dedicated customer support. It is very simple — it is the people, the mindset, and the shared values and approach to managing the customer journey that make the difference. Together, we are ensuring the Gram legacy continues.”
FEM will be stocking the complete range, starting with the G+ Compact series, for immediate availability to dealers and customers, with all products backed by a five year warranty, and the supply of spare parts for the full range.
Mike Inwood, sales director at FEM. added: “The Gram name has a long-standing reputation in the UK for quality, reliability and energy efficiency.
“We’re proud to be working with the original Danish factory – its people and owners makes this partnership especially exciting. We look forward to reconnecting with existing Gram customers and introducing Gram Professional to new ones across the UK.”
