As part of its commitment to providing customers with new products and ideas to try, Larrys Fishcakes has added two gourmet fishcakes to its range.
Featuring lemongrass, garlic, lime leaf, chilli, ginger, coriander and coconut, the new Asian Salmon & Cod fishcake is a modern twist on the traditional salmon and cod recipe. Said to be bursting with authentic Asian aromas and flavours, it is coated in light breadcrumbs and makes an ideal starter served with salad and a sweet chilli dip, or part of a main meal offering.
Smoked Haddock & Mozzarella, meanwhile, boasts pockets of oozing cheese when the cake is cooked, a tasty contrast to the crispy coating, smoked haddock and diced potato in the core recipe.

At 100g the new fishcakes are perfect as starter or main and can be adapted to summer or winter menus with seasonal side dishes to dress them up or down. This gives endless menu possibilities, says Larrys, which recommends pairing a simple salad or a fried egg and wilted spinach stack with its Smoked Haddock and Mozzarella fishcake, or adding its Asian Salmon and Cod to a burger bun or a gourmet noodle salad.
Packed 24x100g, both fishcakes can be cooked from frozen, either oven baked in 18 minutes or deep fried in eight.
