Friars Pride has announced it is hosting its annual FRY I.T. show for the fish and chip, takeaway and foodservice industries – but this year in a new and exciting format.
The popular exhibition has gone from strength to strength over the past 20 years, with this year marking the introduction of a brand-new digital platform alongside three depot open days in April.
FRY I.T. consists of a chance for food businesses to access deals, learn about new industry innovations and products, request samples and place orders. With the depot open days and new digital platform, Friars Pride says customers can get involved and benefit from the tradeshow’s many features.
The depot open days will take place on April 21st at Friars Pride’s Plymouth and Norwich depots, and on the 28th at its Bristol depot, giving visitors a chance to meet the team, learn about their favourite brands and products, and place FRY I.T. orders.
A dedicated FRY I.T. website, meanwhile, will go live for a week between 22nd – 26th April, bringing together information on suppliers, brands, and products. Plus visitors will be able to order samples and make the most of the FRY I.T. special offers to get their shops ready for the summer months.
The decision to launch a digital platform for this year’s FRY I.T. sees Friars Pride taking the trouble out of travelling far if the three depot locations are out of reach, or if timetables clash.
