Its bespoke gluten free curry sauce, developed with Middleton Foods, is fast becoming one of its most popular sides. “It has the perfect blend of fruity and spicy with just enough of a kick to keep everyone happy. The process of creating the custom sauce was refreshingly simple and fast. And the results speak for themselves: two different customers with different tastes, both loving the same product,” Carol says.
