Mixes and coatings supplier Rupert’s Ingredients has added to its Masterclass range with a new Southern Fried Chicken Gravy.

Perfectly suited to accompany any chicken menu item or chips, Southern Fried Chicken Gravy has a distinctive peppery taste with a rich and smooth finish.

The gravy is quick and easy to make from scratch, making it ideal for any foodservice operator. Simply add one part mix with nine parts boiling water and simmer whilst stirring continuously as it thickens. Operators can add more water or mix to create their desired consistency before serving.  

Packed in 2kg tubs and with a 12 month shelf life from date of manufacture, Southern Fried Chicken Gravy has no artificial flavours or colourings and is free from hydrogenated vegetable fat. Other flavours in the range include Masterclass Rich Onion Gravy, Roast Chicken Gravy, Gaelic Curry Sauce and Veggie Curry Sauce.
