When it comes to dishwashing, being greener isn’t just about buying the right equipment, it’s also about using the most eco-friendly chemicals. Winterhalter has simplified the decision process with its BLUe range of environmentally-friendly dishwasher chemicals, four of which are certified with the EU Ecolabel, meeting strict ecological standards.
The four with eco-labels include an all-purpose detergent, an intensive oxi-detergent, and two rinse aids. As well as being environmentally friendly, BLUe chemicals are highly effective, eliminating the need for rewashing. For instance, the F 420e detergent is especially effective on starch, protein and fat-based residues while the B 165NE rinse aid is tailored for utensil washers, ideal for cleaning pots and pans.
