Test frying on a Kiremko high efficiency frying range is just one of the opportunities available to fish and chip shop operators attending KFE’s open day next month.
Taking place on Sunday 17th September at KFE’s showroom in Market Deeping, Peterborough, the free open day will feature live demonstrations from award-winning trainers Gordon Hillan and Mark Petrou as they share their top frying skills and even unveil the odd trade secret.
Shop owners can tuck into freshly cooked fish and chips while hearing how Kiremko’s high efficiency technology can reduce gas bills and how operators have secured carbon grants from their local councils after buying a new Kiremko range.
Special guest Kelly Barnes, owner of Krispies Fish & Chips in Devon, will give a first-hand account of the importance of investing in proper training as well as how placing staff through apprenticeships and management courses can help a team advance in their careers.
Attendees can also discuss finance options, meet other shop owners and speak with leading suppliers before leaving with a free goody bag.
The KFE open day is available to everyone in the trade and runs from 10am and 3pm. To book a space call 01778 380 448 or e-mail sales@kfeltd.co.uk
