T.Quality has become the exclusive UK supply partner for OiLChef’s range of deep fryer accessories.
This collaboration will enable OiLChef to expand its reach within the UK foodservice market with its oil saving devices, which it says reduce waste, environmental impact, and costs associated with deep frying.
Compatible with gas and electric frying ranges as well as pressure fryers and standalone units, OiLChef devices are placed inside a pan where they slow down the oxidation and other deterioration processes within the frying medium.
