Masterclass Gaelic Curry Sauce is a traditional mix which is said to derive from the leftover crumbs of pressure-fried southern fried chicken. It is described as having a delightfully sweet and spicy flavour with a rich golden-brown finish and a perfect curry sauce texture.

Quick and easy to prepare, Masterclass Gaelic Curry Sauce is mixed using one part to five parts water, bringing to a boil and simmering.
