 Oil Chef has developed a pressure fryer device that it says reduces hand-breaded, bone-in chicken fry times by up to three minutes and doubles the life of cooking oil.

Compatible with all brands of commercial pressure fryers, the Oil Chef OCPFL slows down the natural oxidation process of oil, which maintains the low viscosity of the oil and boosts its thermal conductivity. As a result, oil lasts up to twice as long, chicken texture and taste is enhanced and food leaves the fryer minutes quicker too.

As with all Oil Chef accessories, the OCPFL boasts a maintenance-free design and requires no wires and no power. The operator simply needs to slot the device into the well of the pressure fryer for it to begin working.
