Frymax Ambassadors have been visiting shops to help operators improve their businesses for many years. Comprising award-winning friers, Frymax Ambassadors have vast years of experience in different regions and operations, and are well-placed to advise on issues such as opening a new business and maintaining consistently high standards in the trade. 

During a shop visit, a Frymax Ambassador will typically cover all aspects of a business, looking at preparation, portion control, customer service, oil management and seasonal variations, streamlining practices and providing hints, tips and ideas that could help efficiency, savings, and increase the bottom line. They understand that tackling or mitigating the challenges facing shops every day can be the difference between breaking even or turning a good profit.  

In an exclusive prize draw, Frymax is offering two shops the chance to receive a visit from a Frymax Ambassador who will undertake a free MOT on their businesses. There will be various opportunities to enter via e-mail, social media platforms and exhibitions. Look out for the adverts, articles and social media activity on frymagazine.com starting in April.

Our Ambassadors have a wealth of knowledge and experience that can help other shops. We have found that sharing knowledge between friers, even making some small daily changes in working practices, can make a big difference to a business when looking at the bigger picture over months or a year. We are delighted to offer two shops a visit from our Ambassadors who will help improve and maintain standards and help the wider trade.”

Any UK shop may enter irrespective of size, turnover, years in the business, region or products they use. The prize draw will open on the Tuesday 15th April 2025 and run until Saturday 31st May 2025. The draw will be made during the week commencing 10th June and the two winners announced. Once notified, each shop will have three months to arrange their visit. If the winner has multiple sites or is part of a chain, they can choose which site receives a visit.
