Catering equipment supplier Nisbets has launched a new loyalty scheme, allowing customers to collect points that can be redeemed for money-off vouchers.
Customers are automatically enrolled into Nisbets Rewards, giving customers 1 point for every full £1 spent (ex.VAT). Points can then be used to redeem vouchers ranging from £5 to £100.
Mark Conron, group head of customer communications, believes this will open new doors for both the company and customers, commenting: “Everyone benefits with our new Nisbets Rewards scheme; our customers are rewarded for loyalty by building up their points and turning these into money off vouchers. For Nisbets, we expect to see a rise in returning customers as they earn points and save money, allowing operators to reinvest across their business. It’s a win-win situation, and we are excited to be launching Nisbets Rewards.”
Managed online in the Rewards Dashboard, customers will be notified when they have enough points to redeem a voucher, and they can then choose to continue to save for a bigger reward or use these immediately. Rewards start at 250 points, giving a £5 voucher.
Nisbets has also introduced a paid for annual subscription, delivering exclusive offers to customers. Nisbets Rewards Plus offers all the advantages of the standard reward scheme, but doubles the points earned before VAT, provides free standard delivery on every order and issues £100 of vouchers across the year in the form of a £25 voucher every quarter. Nisbets Rewards Plus costs £99 (ex. VAT) and is accessible by adding the code TC25 at the checkout.
