Fanta adds three fruity twists to its flavour line-up

Fanta is adding three new fruity additions to its drinks range for those wanting to enjoy the stellar Fanta flavour, but with zero sugar, zero calories and a fruity twist.

Set to tantalise the taste buds, Fanta Apple Zero Sugar is described as offering a crisp taste, while Fanta Raspberry Zero Sugar a tangy, refreshing experience. Plus, for a tropical twist, limited-edition Fanta Tutti Frutti Zero Sugar offers a mix of banana, peach and pineapple.

The additions follow the launch of the new and improved taste of Fanta Orange Zero Sugar last year.  

Fanta’s Apple and Raspberry variants are both available now in 8-pack x 330ml, 500ml & 2L, while its Tutti Frutti flavour will be available from mid-March for a limited time in a 250ml can.

Limited edition Tango smashes into the carbonates sector

Tango’s latest ‘Editions’ flavour, Strawberry Smash, offers customers even more choice while creating a significant opportunity for operators to drive footfall and boost sales from their soft drinks chiller.

This sugar-free beverage blends the familiar taste of strawberry with a refreshing twist of tropical pineapple. Carlsberg Britvic expects Strawberry Smash to follow the success of previous limited edition flavours like Tango Mango, Paradise Punch, and Berry Peachy, all of which were recognised as the top fruit-flavored carbonate launches in their respective years.

The fruit-flavoured carbonate will be available for a full year and is available in 330ml cans and 500ml bottles.

Indulgent cola duo appeals to younger consumers 

Aimed at giving operators the chance to recruit younger consumers to the cola category are two new treat-inspired Pepsi zero sugar colas – Strawberries ‘N’ Cream and Cream Soda.

The range taps into the growing demand for flavoured cola, an area which Carlsberg Britvic says has seen significant growth, with flavoured cola growing three times faster than unflavoured cola, highlighting the desire particularly among younger Gen Z shoppers. With this in mind, the pack designs are consciously bold, with the launch supported by point-of-sale materials and free case promotions.

The product is available in a 500ml price-marked packs & plain, multipack of eight cans, 330ml cans, and 1.5 litres (Strawberries ‘N’ Cream only).
