Dolphin makes changes with help from Hewigo



Things can change quickly and when it does it pays to have the support and flexibility of a trusted supplier. That’s the relationship between 
Hewigo and the Dolphin Fish Bar, Selly Oak, Birmingham where, late last year, owner Chris Solomou installed a new Hewigo Advantage 3-pan high efficiency range.

Chris explains: “Our old Hewigo range served us very well and I was thinking about a new standard range but Phillip Purkiss persuaded me that high efficiency would give me greater capacity for the same amount of floor space.”

This was important, as recently there has been quite a lot of change in the surrounding areas of his shop. A large hospital has relocated and been replaced by houses to give a wider cross-section of customers coming in at different times.

Chris is extremely impressed with the decision to choose high efficiency, adding: “It’s a totally different animal. Recovery times are amazing and I reckon that I have saved at least 25% on gas bills alone.”

He also believes that having a local range maker is a great advantage. Hewigo’s factory at Oldbury is only a few miles away. “I have found over the years that if I need an engineer or a part that the service is first class. They always have time for me.”
