The 170-200g Skinless and Boneless Scottish Salmon Fillets are ideal for oven baking when brushed with olive oil or melted butter to lock in moisture and achieve the tender, flaky texture. Alternatively, the 140-170g Skin On Norwegian Salmon Fillets have a deliciously crisp skin when gently pan fried.
