Panasonic launches all-metal door microwave

Panasonic
has launched what it claims is the first all-metal door professional microwave.

The Panasonic’s NE-1878 with its totally smooth door doesn’t feature any ridges, seals or film, which makes cleaning easier and helps prolong the lifespan of the oven.

In addition, Panasonic says it is the first commercial microwave to feature inverter technology, which enables faster, more even, gentler cooking, better defrosting, and uses less energy.

The NE-1878 is also lighter compared to its predecessor, which means it is more portable and easier to move around for cleaning. It comes with a spare ceiling plate for easy cleaning, plus the peace of mind that the microwave will not function unless the removable ceiling plate is in position.
