National Fish and Chip Day giveaway



NEODA, the organiser of National Fish and Chip Day, has set up two promotions ahead of the big day on Friday 1st June. 

The first is with national newspaper Daily Mirror in which NEODA is calling for fish and chip shop to participate by offering a ‘free small fish and chips’  when a customer presents the cutout coupon from the newspaper between Saturday 2nd June and Friday 8th June.

The feature will run on Friday 1st June within the paper and a list of shops will be shown on the landing page of the Daily Mirror. Shops from all areas of the UK are being encouraged to get involved, but are being asked to only do so if 100% committed to the offer.

The Daily Mirror offers a circulation of over 565,907 copies, so why not become involved?

The second is a prize package which can be won by one fish and chip shop and includes Prep Oil management systems and test wands, an LED illuminated box menu system from BD Signs, 10 boxes of P100 frying fat as well as batter, potatoes, wrapping and much more.

All shops have to do to be in with a chance of winning is change their Facebook header to the “We’re Celebrating” version and then go over to the National Fish & Chip Day Facebook page, share the relevant post and say ‘We’re Celebrating #nationalfishandchipday LIKE this post if you’ll be joining us'

The post with the most likes by Friday 25th May will receive the prize.
