New and improved range of Neptune’s batters

Middleton’s
has worked in partnership with local friers to develop a new and improved range of Neptune’s batter mixes. These new products have been fine-tuned and tested to ensure they are perfect.

Neptune’s produces a crisp bite with a rippled and spiked texture and offers three natural colour variants to suit all frying techniques. Neptune’s Light gives a pale yellow colour, Neptune’s Normal - a golden yellow, while Neptune’s Gold - a rich vibrant yellow.

Neptune’s batters are consistent and reliable with every fry, perfect for the fish frier to produce great tasting quality food every time.

Formulated with Middleton’s expertise combined with the knowledge and experience of friers, the batter mixes are of the highest quality, consistent, fully traceable from field to frier, and made with precision and care.

Ryan Baker, sales manager, Middleton Foods, comments:  “We are delighted with this new range of Neptune’s batter mixes, they have been developed and finely tuned to suit regional tastes, you really have to try these products to see just how good they are.”

Neptune’s batter mixes are available in two pack sizes, the smaller 6 x 1.5kg handy pack and the larger 15kg sack. Free samples are available by calling Middleton Foods.
