New and improved range of Neptune’s batters









Middleton’s
has worked in partnership with local friers to develop a new and improved range of Neptune’s batter mixes. These new products have been fine-tuned and tested to ensure they are perfect.


Neptune’s produces a crisp bite with a rippled and spiked texture and offers three natural colour variants to suit all frying techniques. Neptune’s Light gives a pale yellow colour, Neptune’s Normal - a golden yellow, while Neptune’s Gold - a rich vibrant yellow.

Neptune’s batters are consistent and reliable with every fry, perfect for the fish frier to produce great tasting quality food every time.

Formulated with Middleton’s expertise combined with the knowledge and experience of friers, the batter mixes are of the highest quality, consistent, fully traceable from field to frier, and made with precision and care.
