Smaller soft bread pockets appeal to snacking market

Pan’Artisan’s
Tasca bread pockets are now available in a 75g format to meet the demand for snacking and lighter lunch options.

Described as being just the right size for the grab and go sector, the range now includes six Tascas thanks to the additions of three new flavours - sour dough, Italian herbs and multi-seed. Introduced to meet consumers’ desire for more sophisticated tastes, they enhance the plain, red onion and Caesar flavours.

Fully baked and folded, the soft bread pockets simply require thawing, filling and serving, either cold or warmed, in an oven or toasted on a Panini grill at 160°C for just 90 seconds.
