Lion launches a world of flavours

AAK Foodservice has launched a range of 17 sauces inspired by American, Mexican, Middle Eastern and Pan Asian foods under its Lion brand.

Called Lion World Flavours, the collection of sauces, dressings and mayonnaises has been developed to give friers a quick and simple way to bring the authentic flavours of popular food trends and cuisine influences to UK menus.

The range includes Japanese Teriyaki BBQ Sauce, Korean Hot Chilli Sauce, Chipotle Mayonnaise, Tennessee Maple and Bourbon BBQ Sauce, and a Yogurt and Garlic Dressing to name just a few.

Lion World Flavours are available in 1-litre bottles and can be used across the menu as dips, toppings, marinades, glazes and cooking ingredients to bring a world of flavours to dishes. All are suitable for vegetarians, and most are also vegan.
