Ceres secures listings with Colbecks & Hannah Foods

The full range of Ceres batter and sauce mixes is now available to a larger number of fish and chip shops after the company secured listings with wholesalers Henry Colbeck and Hannah Foods.

The listing with Henry Colbecks extends Ceres’ reach to over 2,500 customers across North East of England, Yorkshire, Cumbria and Scotland, while Skelmersdale-based Hannah Foods will take the products to shops across the North West of England.

The deal sees the entire Ceres range of fish and chip shop products now stocked, including three varieties of batter mix - one of which is gluten free - pea seasoning and fishcake mix, as well as its curry sauce and gravy mix.

Commenting on the news, Ceres MD Stelios Theocharous says: “This is really great news for Ceres and also for fish and chip shops as it’s all about giving the customer more choice and availability. As a brand, Ceres is going from strength to strength and we are getting more and more customers asking to get hold of our products. By teaming up with Henry Colbeck and Hannah Foods, who are both well-established and trusted wholesalers, we’re able to give our customers what they want.”
