Multi functional peelers handle spuds and shellfish

With the MF multi-functional universal peelers from IMC, friers can peel or prepare a range of items including potatoes, onions, salads and even shellfish, from a single machine.

The range includes three models - the smallest MF5 unit, which has a 5kg capacity and handles 130kg an hour, the larger MF10 capable of peeling 280kg an hour, or the super 15kg capacity MF15 that can process up to 400kg per hour.

Each unit is fitted with door and lid safety interlocks and a Class A air brake. Other practical features include a tough Perspex inspection window, built-in controls with an adjustable timer, and flexible waste and water inlet arrangements.

The units can sit on the worktop or on the floor, mounted on a stand, and come with a full two-year warranty.
