How long have you worked at Krispies?
What are your responsibilities?
My job is to serve customers, which means placing their orders, offering sides, drinks and obviously salt and vinegar and lemon! I also serve up the orders, boxing each individual meal then wrapping it, making sure the order is correct before calling the customer over to collect their food and then wishing them a good evening. Then repeating this over with each customer before we close, making sure I'm still smiling, even if it has been busy!
What's your favourite part of the job?
My favourite part is making sure that the experience that Krispies’ customers receive is excellent.
What's your least favourite part of the job?
My least favourite part would have to be clearing up after a busy shift as there is a lot to do at the end the night.
What is it you like about working at Krispies?
The people. The lovely customers that come in are always friendly and are happy to have a chat, while the people that I work with - who I absolutely love working with - make me very proud to be part of the team and we all work very hard together. But mostly, I just love doing my job to the best standard I can.
How do you feel about being nominated as an unsung hero?
I'm really surprised and chuffed that my colleagues think that much of me. And especially Stewart for nominating me.
